- Hybrid detox, which includes taking detox shake, supplements and eating one regular meal/day.
- Heavy metal detox for detoxing high mercury or lead.
There is no one detox better than the other. Each type of detox serves a specific purpose. Which detox is more fitting for you depends on your goal.
