Not Your Ordinary Dr’s Visit

Your journey to health begins with a 15min complimentary phone consult where your questions will be answered and sharing with you what your whole healthcare entails prior to scheduling your initial consult.  It’s really a time to make sure this is what you are looking for and that we resonate well with each other as patient and doctor.

First Office Consult (FOC) will typically run from 1.5-2 hours long to do an extensive intake, learning where you are in your conditions, what you tried or not tried before, what worked or didn’t work, including details of diet, sleep, exercise, stress, and your past and family medical history, in which each one at one time or another may have brought you here.  A tailored individualized recommended naturopathic protocol, lab tests, and supplements will be discussed during this time.

Second Office Consult (SOC) is usually 4-6 weeks after your first visit unless a therapy is implemented, in which case visits will be planned accordingly.

Return Office Consult (ROC) is usually spaced out 2-3 months after each other, which allows time for each new protocol to take into effect.  During both SOC and ROC, lab results will be discussed and naturopathic protocol will be fine tuned according to intake and lab results.

Guidelines to render a more at ease initial visit.

• 15min Complimentary Phone Consult: Request via phone call or email. It’s free!  This is a time to get to know your Naturopathic Doctor and have your questions answered.
• No surprises: Be familiar with the rates and types of services offered.  Recommended lab tests and supplements are additional fee.  BANMC is a cash-based practice, thus it is the patient’s responsibility to make insurance claims on their own. Upon request, superbills can be provided for patients to submit for possible insurance reimbursements.  HSA and FSA are accepted.
• Reserve your appt with a credit card. It’s used to book your appt and won’t be charged until end of your initial visit.  A missed appt will render a full appt charge.  So be sure to notify us to reschedule.
• 48 hour Cancellation Policy: Reschedule or cancel 48 hours prior to the appointment is much appreciated as every effort is made to maximize time with you. Therefore, please be mindful and respectful of our reserved time.   A full visit will be charged if cancelled within 48 hours of your visit.
• Health History Form: Print it, fill it out, and bring it to your first visit. Feel free to include recent lab tests and list of medications and supplements with brands and dosages to better assist in tailoring an individualized naturopathic protocol to fit your needs.
